How to view images sent through Email on Outlook

Last Edited on

Often, when using a professional email solution, this is coupled with security practices which require embedded images to be intentionally downloaded before they will display.

Images can display in a couple different ways:

To make images viewable through an email client (such as Outlook), select the option at the top of the message to "Click here to download pictures."

Clicking the suggested download provides a view options. "Download pictures" will reveal the full images that have been sent.

Additionally, if future communications are expected from the email contact, to save time in the future, recipients may choose to "Add Sender to Safe Senders List" to allow for quicker access in future correspondance.
